Justice Rangajeeva Wimalasena serves as President of the Nauru Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal is the final appellate court of the Republic and hears appeals in accordance with the Constitution, the Nauru Court of Appeal Act 2018, and other written laws. The President leads the appellate court and supports the proper organisation of Court of Appeal sittings.
