Neil Rupasinghe

Neil Rupasinghe serves as the Resident Magistrate of the District Court of Nauru. The District Court is governed by the District Court Act 2018 and is a court of summary jurisdiction subordinate to the Supreme Court. The District Court hears matters within the jurisdiction assigned to it by legislation, including civil, criminal, family-related, and other matters provided by law.
