Mohammed Shafiullah Khan

Mohammed Shafiullah Khan serves as the Acting Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nauru. The Supreme Court is established under Article 48 of the Constitution of the Republic of Nauru and is a superior court of record. As Acting Chief Justice, he presides over the Supreme Court and supports the fair and independent administration of justice in accordance with the Constitution, the Supreme Court Act 2018, and other laws of Nauru.
